Same fonts but has a few extra

Every one of these font apps all have the same fonts in them, this one has a few more than the others. Would love to find one that has a list of available fonts like the ones that are in MS Word or any of the word processing apps. It would be nice if the iPad/iPhone came with the ability to change fonts in the settings section. How hard can it be?
